In America prisons come under the control of the federal bureau whose responsibility is to improve and assist the criminals and offenders of the law to become normal law abiding citizens. The prisons protect prisoners in a controlled surrounding with safe facilities, provide work and help the people to improve their own self. There are many types of persons based on the crime committed by the person. The basic one is the Minimum security prison which is also known as Federal Prison Camps which are work and program oriented. Low Security prisons, Medium Security, High Security, and Correctional Complexes which are basically differentiated in the number of staff, the housing facility and the fencing. They are also distinguished by the type of work provided for the intimate’s improvement.
